Abstract fluid painting lends itself as a metaphor - for our experiences, our journeys, our world and our interactions. The artist becomes the viewer as works unfold - the materials taking on a life of their own. Colours develop and respond to each other - rising to the surface or gradually becoming submerged. Cells form and grow with heat and motion, evolving to create entirely unpredictable, unique pieces - which can never be repeated. Working in an experimental manner - I aim to observe, capture and share what may otherwise remain unseen using photography, drawing and video. I also use a combination of mixed materials and found objects to create visual boards that are intended to inspire, uplift and provoke thought.
